APPLY FOR A MENTOR
At Mission2Life, we pair every transitioning service member with two dedicated mentors: one veteran who brings shared military experience and one civilian who offers real-world perspective on life after service.
This two-mentor foundation is what powers our signature model—The Power of Three. Our hands-on approach forms a trusted three-way relationship: the service member (mentee), the veteran mentor, and the civilian mentor. Together, they blend deep military insight, practical civilian navigation, and the mentee’s own goals to drive meaningful success beyond the uniform.
Transitioning out of the military is more than changing careers; it is a full-life shift that impacts identity, family, finances, community, and work. Mission2Life helps service members prepare for all of it, combining focused career support with guidance on money, relationships, networking, and long-term life direction. Through a team of one veteran and one civilian mentor, each service member builds a practical, personalized plan for both their next role and their life beyond the uniform, with clarity and confidence.
