Mission2Life

Mission2Life is a nonprofit dedicated to helping service members and veterans navigate the shift from military service to civilian life with clarity and confidence.

Mission: Apply proven military planning to life after service by starting with a clear end state and building a step-by-step path to get there.

“2”: Pair each service member with two mentors, one veteran and one civilian, to combine shared experience with new perspective and opportunity.

Life: Co-create a life plan with each mentee so purpose, direction, and success continue well beyond their transition.

Our Mission and Vision

Mission: We prepare U.S. active-duty military for life beyond service to their country.

Vision: Preparing, motivating, and equipping U.S. active-duty military to thrive in civilian life helps strengthen families, communities, and our nation.

Founded in 2018 as Claymore Operations, Mission2Life began by connecting active-duty service members with experienced veterans and accomplished civilians in three-person mentor teams that support them through their military careers and into civilian life. Today, Mission2Life builds on this foundation through deeper corporate, educational, and veteran partnerships that position every mentee for long-term success.
